1. Cancellations
- Orders or services once confirmed cannot be cancelled after processing.
- In special cases such as duplicate transactions or technical errors, cancellations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed only under the following circumstances:

- If a duplicate payment was made by mistake.
