1. Cancellations
  • Orders or services once confirmed cannot be cancelled after processing.
  • In special cases such as duplicate transactions or technical errors, cancellations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only under the following circumstances:

  • If a transaction was charged more than once due to a technical error.
  • If a duplicate payment was made by mistake.
  • If the service could not be delivered due to an error on our part.

Note: No refunds will be issued for services already delivered or consumed.

  • Minimum Refund Timeline: 3–5 business days
  • Maximum Refund Timeline: 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
